Mr. Johnson is a principal at The Johnson Group Realty, Inc. and Magnolia Homes, Inc. He has over thirty years’ experience in real estate development and construction. Throughout his career he has worked on a number of residential, commercial and industrial development projects in North and South Carolina.
Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. He has previously served on several local and regional boards including Mayor Pro Tempore of Statesville, NC, Chairman of the Iredell County Board of Adjustment, Chairman of the Lake Norman Regional Planning Organization, Chairman of The Centralina Council of Governments, Secretary of the North Carolina Association of Regional Councils of Government and Chairman of the Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization.
