Patrick Joyce was appointed to the North Carolina State Ports Authority Board of Directors by Senate President Pro Tempore Phil Berger and his term ends in 2025.
Mr. Joyce is a resident of Carteret County where he is the owner and President of Joyce & Associates Construction, Inc. He also served on the Carteret County Board of Commissioners, and is Chairman of the Carteret General Hospital Board.
Mr. Joyce attended Pembroke State College and Carteret Community College, and served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Joyce has received multiple honors and awards, including the prestigious North Carolina Long Leaf Pine Award. He previously served the Authority’s Board from 1998-2000.
