Hurricane Ian Notice – Update #4

The North Carolina State Ports Authority continues to monitor Hurricane Ian. The Port of Wilmington and the Port of Morehead City are currently operating at Condition Modified Zulu until further notice from the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
Port of Wilmington
- Vessel operations are expected to resume on Saturday, October 1 pending USCG approval.
- Access to the port will remain through the North Gate until 0600 on Saturday, October 1. At that time all access to the port will transfer to the South Gate. Please note: Access to the container area of the port is prohibited to all traffic until 0600 on Saturday, October 1.
- The South Gate will be open to receive and deliver container cargo from 1300 to 1700 on Saturday, October 1.
Port of Morehead City
- Vessel operations are expected to resume on Saturday, October 1 pending USCG approval.
Charlotte Inland Port
- The Charlotte Inland Port will operate under normal business hours.
