Hurricane Idalia Notice – Update #3

August 31, 2023

The Port of Wilmington and the Port of Morehead City remain closed today, August 31.

Both facilities will reopen tomorrow, September 1. The Port of Morehead City will resume on a normal operating schedule.

At the Port of Wilmington, the North Gate and General Cargo operations will resume on a normal operating schedule.

The South Gate and Container Operations will resume one hour early, at 6 am.

Limited tenant access is permitted today. Access must be coordinated with the Ports Police at 910-279-7121.

This will serve as the final operations update.
